VEGAPULS 67 Radar Guage
Liquids/Solids
The VEGAPULS 67 is a compact radar gauge for measurement of bulk solids. Ideal for standard applications with shorter ranges and less demanding process conditions than are those requiring the VEGAPULS 68, the VEGAPULS 67 utilizes an innovative, economical plastic antenna system. This system protects the instrument from condensation and dirt while delivering optimum signal focusing and echo sensitivity.
The VEGAPULS 67 can be mounted with a mounting strap or adapter flange, and is ideal for many bulk solid measurements in which ultrasonic sensors had previously been utilized.

Model 205 Innova-SonicT Transit Time Ultrasonic Flow Meter
Innova-Sonic ultrasonic flow meter is a portable, state-of-the-art universal transit time ultrasonic measurer, incorporating the latest developments in digital signal processing. Sophisticated ultrasonic sensor technology coupled with powerful transducers deliver highly accurate flow measurements for liquids in full pipes. While principally designed for measuring clean liquid applications, the device is tolerant of liquids with a small quantity of air bubbles or suspended solids common in most industrial applications.
Innova-Sonic offers low power consumption, high reliability, and outstanding applicability at an economical price. This ultrasonic measure features an easy to read display and clear, user-friendly menu selections make using the instrument simple and convenient. This ultrasonic flow meter can be configured via keypad without any additional programming device, is packaged in a die cast NEMA 4X (IP65) housing, and like the Innova-Sonic Portable Model 210, is available in your choice of non-invasive clamp-on or insertion transducer configurations.
Innova-Sonic features a self-contained 4-20 mA current loop signal output for instantaneous flow, as well as two independent temperature inputs to measure thermal energy. This ultrasonic measure also features a 7 digit alpha-numeric display, parallel operation of positive, negative and net flow totalizers (with user-selectable scale factors) and configurable pulse and frequency outputs (transmitted via relay and open collector) for totalized flow. An optional data logging feature (SD card) is also available to capture ultrasonic sensor measurement data.
Unique Product Ultrasonic Measurement Features

EtherStax I/O Blocks
EtherStax I/O provides a ruggedized, high-density solution to interface a very large quantity of analog or discrete signals to your Ethernet control network. EtherStax are designed for high-reliability operation with redundancy, high voltage isolation, and failsafe operation.
Remote I/O Modules for Ethernet Control Networks
EtherStax units have an Ethernet interface that supports Modbus TCP/UDP/IP for reliable host data transfer or peer-to-peer communication. Web-based configuration simplifies setup with any web browser. For OEM systems, or those that require specialized housings, an open-board version without the enclosure is available. EtherStax are ideal for a broad range of measurement and control or SCADA applications.
Rugged, Industrial-Grade Design
EtherStax are designed for high-reliability operation. Units feature 3-way isolation and surge protection. The I/O circuitry has over-temperature, over-voltage, and over-current protection. Redundant communication paths and DC power ensure dependable operation. If network communication is lost, outputs fail safely and a relay provides local alarming or shutdown functions.
Stackable, High-Density I/O
A variety of models offer up to 96 channels on a single unit. Monitor sensors, control devices, or add local alarms. The units interlock for secure stacking that consumes little space when mounted on a surface or DIN rail.
i2o Peer-to-Peer Communication
Input channels on one unit can write directly to output channels on another unit without a host controller in between.
Features and Benefits
Up to 96 I/O channels per unit for a cost-effective solution
Stackable units maintain small footprint to save space
Redundant power and communication to prevent downtime
High-voltage channel-to-channel isolation
Wide operating temperature range
Easy configuration using any web browser
